2017-18 CHRISTIAN COUNTY LIBRARY LINKS & INFO

There are lots of exciting new things happening at the Christian County Library. They have added Hoopla. Because it is relatively new, there is no waiting line for an item to become available. There is a limit of 5 borrows per month, but Hoopla has CDs, movies, TV shows, audio books, AND COMICS!!!

Did you know that Christian County Library also has copies of all of the Gateway nominees? In fact, they even offer 9 of the 15 titles in these other formats: playaway audio, audio CD, and movie. They have provided their link information below:

But wait, that's not all! In addition to these, they also have 4 copies of each of the 15 nominated titles. So if we don't currently have a copy on our shelf, you can always get it there. If you have your own library card, all you have to do is click on the link above, for the title you want. It will take you to the card catalog for that book where you can log into your account with your Christian County Library card number, and check it out, if it is an AudioCD, or place a hold on it, if it is in any other format. When the title you requested becomes available, you will receive an email from Christian County Library letting you know to come pick it up. You have one week to get it before it goes on to the next person requesting it. AudioCDs automatically return to the shelf in one or two weeks, whichever you select when you check it out. All other check outs are for three weeks, but you can always return them sooner, or renew them, if need be.
